13-14 hours of corporate on site training to go over administravive operations, the most impotant aspect of operating a Vanguard Key Club. Additional on site training available pre and post launch.
As a non-staffed facility, the daily routine would involve addressing emails periodically which will include enrollments, cancellation/freeze requests, general inquiries and the like. Receiving phone calls is also a routine occurrence which may involve answering questions or assisting customers into a facility for access to workout or a self-guided tour. these tasks can be accomplished anywhere there is internet and cellular service.
