Training:
First training for franchisees is 3 days of Franchisee Ownership-focused fundamentals. That is when franchisees meet their Studio Opening Specialst who works them through an 86 item checklist to get them from Welcome to Open. Stretch Practitioner Training is a hybrid model. 40 hours of virtual training via Stretch Zone University then 2 days of hands on training with a Master Practitioner. The week prior to opening, we send 2 Master Practitioners out to your new studio. One supervises and assists your managers while they are performing Demonstration Stretches (Our sales opportunity) and the other is performing the same Stretch Practitioner Certification on site so you do NOT need to send everyone to Florida to learn how to stretch.
After opening, we have ongoing new opening meetings as well as Ongoing Education classes. In addition, we have a Brand Performance department to report in proactively to owners and meet to monitor studio and owner performance. Our SCORE department re-certifies all studios once per year.

Review the number of new leads that have been submitted for the previous 24 hours, and the percentage followed up with and schedule.

Decide if I want to visit a studio today, or scout new locations.
I look for three things in a franchise candidate:
1. Have an appreciation for providing a proprietary stretching service that adds to quality of live and makes a positive impact on client health and wellness.
2. 94% of our Franchisees are multi-unit operators. Having the financial means to start with multiple units is a major benefit. Our Area Development Agreement structure and timeline makes this feasible and pallatable for most!
3. Our Franchisees comes from a variety of backgrounds. Corporate executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, Chiropractors, wealth managers, multi unit franchisees of other complementary concepts, and private equity groups to name a few. Being driven, outgoing and willing to follow a proven system are the most important attributes!
