Training:
46 hours of classroom training in Costa Mesa, CA, followed by 15 hours of studio training. Five days on site training at franchisee's new studio to provide continued education for franchisee, and to have corporate assist in training franchisees staff.
Owner operator is not required. When operating the studio, franchisees will handle customer service, membership sales and local marketing. Working semi-actively, the franchisee must manage the staff, and have an experienced key employee of General Manager or Studio Manager. The General Manager would be responsible for scheduling staff, customer service, membership sales, etc.
