Support Training

Recruiting Assistance: We provide job descriptions and best practices for interviewing. We conduct interviews with the franchisees at grand opening and after grand opening on an as needed basis.

Initial Training

Our comprehensive initial training program is designed to equip new bodenvy Franchisees with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to successfully operate their business. 

Classroom Training: Approximately 24-48 hours of classroom instruction at our corporate headquarters and training center in Orlando, FL. 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of bodenvy products and services 

  • The history and philosophy of bodenvy 

  • Daily operational procedures 

  • Sales processes 

  • Overview of our signature Extreme Transformation (ET) programs 

  • Training on our software and POS systems 

On-the-Job Training: Approximately 34-80 hours of hands-on training at our corporate locations in Orlando, FL and the franchisee’s location. 

  • Participation in treatment procedures with bodenvy technicians, including the use of all modalities 

  • Front desk operations and customer service protocols 

  • General Managers shadowing existing GMs to learn about management practices 

  • Sales representatives shadowing current sales reps to refine sales techniques 

  • ET coaches shadowing existing ET coaches to understand the program and client engagement 

Specialized Training: 

  • Allergan CoolSculpting Training: Required for all franchisees who will be offering CoolSculpting procedures. This training involves 10-12 hours of specialized instruction. 

  • GM & ET Coaches Nutrition Training: General Managers and ET coaches are required to complete an online nutrition training course, which takes approximately 40 hours to finish. 

This hybrid training program ensures that franchisees receive both in-depth classroom education and practical, on-site experience to prepare them for success in their Bodenvy business. 

Franchise owner requirements (Executive Model): 

Training 

  • Owner must attend all General Manager (GM) training in Orlando and in the field. 

Location opening 

  • During the first six months of opening their 1st location, it is important for the owner spend as much time as possible at the location. 

  • Goals during this time: 

  • Gain an understanding of the client-experience. 

  • Learn the role of every position. 

  • Establish the culture amongst the team. 

On-Going Support

Franchise Coaching: Franchisees will have regular access to support through weekly meetings with their dedicated Franchise Coach. These sessions provide strategic guidance on sales, operations, and business growth. In addition, quarterly in-person visits are conducted to ensure alignment with business goals, address challenges, and review performance. 

Sales and ET Coaching: Franchisees will receive ongoing support through weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly meetings with their Sales Coach and/or Extreme Transformation (ET) Coach, tailored to the needs of the franchise location. These meetings will cover best practices, sales performance, and the effectiveness of ET programs. 

General Manager Support: Franchise owners have the option to schedule regular weekly or bi-weekly meetings between their General Manager and the Franchise Director. This ensures that management practices stay aligned with the brand’s operational standards. 

Allergan Support: For franchisees offering CoolSculpting services, Allergan provides dedicated support through a Practice Development Manager (PDM). The PDM is available for ongoing clinical training and any CoolSculpting-related questions or concerns, ensuring that franchisees stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CoolSculpting technology. 

Continuing Education: Franchisees and their teams will have access to continuing education programs, helping them stay ahead of industry trends and enhance service offerings. 

Franchise owner requirements (Executive Model): 

Franchisor Ongoing Training  

  • The first three months after opening of the 1st location: 

  • Owner to attend weekly virtual meetings with the franchisor 

  • Months 4 through 6 after opening of the 1st location: 

  • Owner to attend bi-weekly virtual meetings with the franchisor

Function & Daily Tasks of the Owner-Operator

Owner-operators will work at an executive-level managing a skilled and knowledgeable General Manager. Tasks could be:

  • Oversee key KPI's
  • Participate in sales and staff meetings
  • Assist with recruiting
  • Customer negotiations to close larger deals
  • Act as the figurehead and brand champion within the community attending events

Function & Daily Tasks of the Semi-Absentee Owner

Executive Model owners will hire a skiled and knowledgeable General Manager to oversee the day-to-day tasks, allowing the owner to oversee the business from a high level. Tasks could include:

  • Review KPI's
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Act as the figurehead and brand champion within the community
