A typical day in the life of a TCA Franchisee begins at 7:30 am. The owner arrives at the office and prepares the team's information for the days cleanings. Once the teams are out of the office, usually by 8:15, the owner then performs many of the following duties.
1) In home estimates (to gain new customers)
2) In home inspections (to keep quality at a high standard)
3) Team training (honing the skills of better employees)
4) Computer work such as Payroll or New Customer Entry
The day ends around 5-5:30 pm and they head home. Although a couple evenings a week they will do in-home estimates since may customers work during the day.
