The program includes 39 hours of classroom training and 20.5 hours of on the job instruction, covering topics such as technology platforms, recruiting and hiring, accounting and billing, reporting, marketing, cleaning protocols, operating room certification, employee engagement, sales development, the bid process, and live customer walkthroughs. Training is designed to fully prepare each franchisee to lead their business confidently from day one.

Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients in high traffic environments through site visits, walkthroughs, and regular check-ins
