Training:
Training will be conducted at our parent company location in New Haven, Ct. Both clinician and owner must be present for a minimum of 2 weeks. Subsequent training will be done at the new franchise location site. A senior member of our staff will be assigned to each franchisee to maximize transparency and accessibility.
The franchise site will be responsible for obtaining prescriptions and necessary documentation for insurance authorization. They will also be responsible for evaluating, measuring and fitting patients with appropriate O&P devices. Normal HR and accounting responsibilities will further be required for effective management.
