Owners are responsible for daily operations and business development. Owners are trained on quotes, product installations, business development strategies, etc. Working with a small group of employees (Installers, Office Manager) the owner checks with everyone to ensure they are set for their day’s activities. The owner will make some sales calls with potential customers, visit with some B2B referral partners, check in with a couple funding programs (such as a state rehab program, regional Cerebral Palsy office, and regional ALS office). Probably stop by a job site to say hello to the customer and see how the Installer is doing.
