Wonderly Lights offers comprehensive training when you become a franchisee. The initial training program is comprised of several days at the Virginia Beach headquarters with an agenda that covers both the business side as well as the technical side, ensuring plenty of experience on various roofs and installation types. Training occurs on an ongoing basis throughout a franchisee’s time as a Wonderly Lights business owner, both virtually via webinars, video modules, and site visits. Our team of professionals guides our franchisees through constant communication and training.
The Wonderly Lights model works for an owner-operator. Most owners fill the office manager role which includes oversight in scheduling, managing installers, sales and customer service. Some might delegate those responsibilities to someone else while they serve as an installer. A typical work week is Monday through Friday daylight hours, with Saturday as rain back-up day. Sunday is dependent upon weather and quantity of installations. As the business grows there is a need for additional technicians and vehicles.
