Adam Rice—Founder and CEO. Adam has had an entrepreneurial spirit since his teenage years. He lost 75lbs at 16 and that journey changed his life. Adam played baseball at a Community College in Chicago and then transferred to play at Coastal Carolina; this then led him to the Cape Cod league. Adam started franchising ISI Elite Training in 2019 with the first franchise location opening in Augusta, GA. Today ISI is approaching 60 doors open with another 40 projected to open. Adam has quickly become a world-class franchisor and is leveraging his learnings and Relentless Brands to grow Plunge House.
Amanda Hall—Co-Founder. Amanda has a vast background in building systems and sales processes to drive revenue. She spent 17 years at Verizon Wireless, started selling pagers & phones and quickly worked her way up to managing stores and doing outside sales. Amanda started working at Burn Boot Camp when they began franchising in 2016. She spent 5 years with BBC and helped get all their processes in place (270+ open locations and 400 sold) as VP of Operations. Amanda then went to Clean Juice as COO for a year and then met Adam, who was looking for a COO a the time for ISI. Amanda started as COO of ISI in 2020 and then cofounded Relentless Brands 1.5 years ago.
Adam and Amand have assembled a robust support system at Relentless Brands and are leveraging it as a shared services model. RB has a CMO, Graphic Designer, and Brand video producer on the Marketing Team, VP of Operations, Director of Brand Standards & Training, Franchise Opening Coach, Franchise Business Coach, and additional team members who all combined, offer tremendous systems & support to their franchise partners.

Relentless Brands Franchisor Support:
Retail and Project Management Company under Relentless Brands that supports real estate and construction management. They have their own retail company where everything is cut and sewn in-house, passing savings and economies of scale on to their franchise partners.
Tattle –In-house call center. They have created a service to alleviate franchise partners' biggest pain point--turn over at the front desk position. With Tattle, on average it takes 27 seconds from receiving a cold lead to a booked intro session. There is a required 1K a month expense for Tattle and digital ads/meta/google is optional for $375/month. Tattle will help with presales and open locations from 9-6pm across all time zones 7 days a week (11-3 on sat/sun). They will also handle organic event leads as well. There will be an AI voice for after-hours; this will become a big part of the presale process (tier pricing release) and help keep payroll down for franchise partners.
