Salty Dawg Pet Salon + Bakery is a fun business. Every owner will have a unique day, and will differ from the owner operator to the semi-absentee. An owner operator will be in their store every day, driving sales, add-ons, booking appointments, and overseeing the day to day aspects of the salon.
A semi-absentee owner will be set up for success through training their manager to drive the ship. They will likely be multi-unit franchisees and focused on working on their business through building a pipeline of groomers, clientele and solid relationships to drive marketing causes in their neighborhood.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
While dog-related experience is not required, the ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit as well as sales, marketing, and/or retail experience.
