Training: Prior to opening, all franchisees will attend 5 days of training at our Corporate Headquarters in Tulsa, OK as well as continued support. Training will be conducted by our Corporate Team.
OTHER INFO: We are entrepreneurs that have franchised in the Senior Care market because of the need and demographics. Our goal is to give larger territories, more support and thorough training to our franchisees in order to make them more successful.
As a SAFE HOMECARE owner, you will be involved in all aspects of the business, especially early on. Starting out, we suggest 2 full-time employees (one sales/marketer and one office manager). As a sales/marketer, you will be cultivating relationships in the community to promote your SAFE HOMECARE office. The office manager will be responsible for scheduling, billing, payroll and recruiting.
Once you are established, you can hire additional sales/marketers and/or an office assistant.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: A sales/marketing background (preferably in healthcare) or an office manager/hr background. An entrepreneur who wants to be their own boss, earn more money and be financially independent.
