Training:
- Pre-opening training will be held in Houston, Texas over three weeks.
- We will train up to two people (one being owner/operator).
- We typically schedule training 4-6 times a year, approximately every 8-12 weeks.
- Ideally you will attend training three to five weeks prior to launch.
- The Operations Manual will be the basis of your instruction, reinforced with hands-on training including observation and visual instruction.

- In addition, 1-2 days of support will be conducted in the franchisee owner's teritory

Ideal Candidate
- Answer customer communication and input jobs into Dispatching Portal
- Respond to customers request to diagnose hydraulic leaks on heavy equipment, manufacturing or industrial applications.
- Remove and fabricate hydraulic hose assemblies in the van.
- Completing Work Orders and inputting into Invoice for customer
- Sales Calls to repeat customers / potential customers in territory
- Order Inventory and re-stock van.
- Manage Accounts Receivable/Payable
