Training: Our Initial Training starts with one week of Virtual Training followed by two weeks of in person training held in our offices in Dunkirk, MD. This training is designed for the franchisee and their partners or employees. Training includes classroom technical and practical training, as well as hands on training. After the first week, for the next 30 days we provide one on one mentoring at the start of every business day. The next 60 days will be spent in our Mentorship program with an existing Franchisee in our system. At the end of the 90 days, the Franchisee will return to our offices for one more week of advanced training on client development.
On-going Support from the home office includes recruiting support, business management, structured peer support and training, and marketing support. We offer a Franchisee Groupsite which houses all of our Training materials and podcasts, as well as a discussion side for Franchisees to ask each other questions and offer support.
Other Info: your clients will have their initial call with Patrice Rice, CEO and Founder, which gives the potential franchisee a great sense of her involvement with their success.

Average day is spent on the phone. As we are a vitural business, there can be no phone reluctance on the part of a franchisee. They are talking to candidates, talking to client companies, scheduling interviews for candidates, coaching candidates on how to interview, reading resumes. Special skills needed:
