Training: At our corporate location, just outside of Charlotte, NC, we operate a Master Franchise business following the same model that is used to train our Master Franchisees. During the two (2) week training program, the head of each department uses both simulated and live examples to orient the Master Franchise as to the day to day responsibilities when they open their business. Particular focus is placed on the revenue generating responsibilities of the business; recruiting franchisees and securing cleaning contracts.
We are looking for folks with senior-level executive experience. Often the best candidate for this opportunity is one that would never consider it on their own.
