Each of our turnkey programs follows our unique 3-Phase Process:
1 – Preopening Services
An MSC Client Services Manager will assist clients with services including:
* Establishing corporate identity and legal structure of business
* Administrative requirements, budgeting, HR needs, and market analysis
* Obtaining required insurances, healthcare licenses, and surety bonds (if needed)
* Designing logo, business cards, website, marketing brochures, stationery, etc.
* Providing databases of healthcare professionals and clients
* Referrals to our partner companies to receive discounted pricing on recruitment tools, payroll
funding, payroll processing services, and more.
2 – Personalized Training & Live Business Launch
Training is conducted one on one by an industry professional who works virtually. In addition to providing customized training materials, the MSC Trainer will teach your clients how to:
* Implement policies, procedures, and systems needed to operate the business
* Initiate sales, marketing, and recruiting strategies
* Establish measures to exceed healthcare facilities’ quality assurance expectations
* Work the business, and learn recruitment and marketing by observing and role playing
* Utilize the software to run the entire business in an efficient manner
* Launch their business in “real time” and ensure they are able to perform all business functions independently
3 – Continuing Support
After business has launched, an experienced consultant continues to work with your client offering advice, guidance, and troubleshooting intervention. Unlimited support is available via phone or email Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Support may include:
* Advice and coaching on day-to-day business operations
* Assistance with recruiting additional staff
* Training on new disciplines
* Strategic planning to expand the business, boost sales & recruitment, and design of new marketing materials
* If required, the Trainer will provide additional training and/or perform an evaluation
The goal of our 3-Phase Process is to teach your client how to open a business and successfully grow it. As part of our continuing support, we provide clients with specific directions on how to proceed after their business has launched. From day 1, they will know how to effectively spend their time and resources on growing their business
For working owners, a typical day to day would consist of recruitment and sales. Specifically, the owners would be completing credentialing of their external candidates which involves making sure their application packets including certification/license status is complete, current, and in good standing. Other daily activities include speaking with Directors of Nursing at facilities so as to form business relationships and form contracts so that the medical staffing company can provide staff such as CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to facilities.
