Training: The Initial Training Program consists of Pre-Opening SmoothStart Training and approximately 5 days of In-House Corporate Training held at our headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. Training is scheduled as needed. *This is now able to be done remote since the pandemic.
The Pre-Opening SmoothStart Training Program is a self-paced program conducted via telephone and the MaidPro Intranet. The time to complete the Pre-Opening SmoothStart Training varies depending on how much time you can devote to training and how quickly you are able to absorb the materials. We expect Pre-Opening SmoothStart Training to take you 5-8 weeks to complete.
Ongoing training provided by dedicated coaching team, webinars, intranet, conventions, retreats and adventure trips.
