Ideal Candidate

There are 2 possible types of franchisees:

  1. Owner/Operator - Oversees day to day activities, while being the face of the office.
  2. Semi Absentee Owner - Passes along responsibilities to an office manager and are responsible for the fees.

There is no previous automotive experience necessary in order to be a Maaco franchisee. We look for sales aptitude, financial management skills, managerial experience and the ability to personally devote the time and effort necessary to develop a market and delegate unit-level operations to managers and employees.
