Launch Entertainment offers robust training at our corporate headquarters and onsite, spanning pre-opening to grand opening. This program equips both owners and management teams with the tools for success.
Our mandatory two-week management training includes 10 key modules:

A day in the life of a franchisee may be different depending on the owners style of management. Some owners are very hands on and want to work alongside their managers each day. Other owners have strong managers that they meet with on a weekly basis to review store performance reports and address any pending issues. Other times of the week are spent communicating with the franchisor discussing revenue, cost savings and marketing strategies.
