Training: Unit:Honest-1® provides a complete training program for all of our franchisees and its employees called The Lift.
Our training programs are designed to give you the knowledge, tools and skills needed in order to become a successful Center Operator. Our initial program for a new franchisee is comprised of two weeks of owners school and one week of managers school. All new franchisees must complete Manager School, Owners School and Field Training.
The ideal candidate comes from a upper-mid to upper level executive management background. Successful single unit operators spend 50% of their time on customer relations, observation, and coaching, and 50% marketing advertising, and administrative duties. Successful candidates have a passion for honesty and customer service. They have highly developed organizational, financial, sales, customer service, decision making skills and are driven self-starters.
