• Acquiring new rental units and growing the business
• Managing vendors for housekeeping & maintenance/handyman services
• Providing exceptional local guest services
• Managing ongoing property owner relations
• Administration of payments to property owners & payment of taxes on rentals
• Recruiting, hiring and managing a small staff (which may eventually include: Office Admin, General Manager, Quality Control Supervisor)
• Marketing the business locally to professional organizations, including PR & community involvement
• Coordinating rental property onboarding & offboarding
• Other administrative functions to include accounting, reporting, payroll and local marketing

Sets clear goals and can overcome challenges.  Successful real estate agents/brokers; small current vacation rental businesses (less than 50 units); cleaning businesses that support short term rentals, and other business management experience.
