Much of our comprehensive training program focuses on teaching franchisees the client acquisition strategies that have proven successful to grow our corporate unit over the past 4 years. The training program includes virtual courses through our proprietary Learning Management System, some pre-work to plan your launch, and one week in person in Boise, Idaho with our training team, including our CEO David Nilssen. We cover our sales playbook, marketing programs, and operational procedures in detail. Beyond the initial training, franchisees receive weekly and even daily ongoing coaching and support.


Ideal Candidate

DOXA franchisees spend their day Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week, calling on their network of contacts, attending local business networking events, prospecting for leads through social media (LinkedIn) or cold calling local business lists, plus account management and growing their current clients. Their main targets are SMBs with less than 500 employees, and the ability to support remote workers.

After franchisees consult with decision makers in the hiring process to help scope needed role(s), the internal DOXA recruiting team in the Philippines and Colombia does the rest -- finds, interviews, and hires the global talent. Franchisees do NOT recruit or handle any HR or accounting! This consultative sales-focused model is centered on building and growing client relationships.
