Busy people don’t have time to waste on exercise that doesn’t work. At Discover Strength, we deliver 30-minute strength workouts, twice per week with expert, educated trainers. We help our clients look and feel their best in a fraction of the time. Discover Strength is a distinctive experience for our clients, exercise physiologists, and franchise owners. We are unlike anything else in the fitness space, with some key uniques in who we hire (degreed, career employees), our evidence-based approach (not fad-driven) and our fully developed system (including EOS implementation).
Founded in 2006, Discover Strength has proven to be a thriving model with strong indicators for franchisee success. We are open or in development in 49 locations, in 12 states, with a franchise expansion target of 100 locations by the end of 2025. Training:
10 days, combining time at Discover Strength Corporate Headquarters and on-site at the franchise location, with the DS Education Team, followed by additional time on-site during opening and with the support of a dedicated Franchise Busienss Coach. Additional training is provided for the location General Manager. Discover Strength has a fully developed Learning Management System with all aspects of the business and client experience articulated and available in a variety of forms. New franchisees are assigned to a project manager following the signign of their Franchise Agreement to guide and support through the opening, and a dedicated Franchise Business Coach supports each franchisee on an ongoing basis.
Owner-Personal Trainer Model: Live your passion by training clients, managing a staff of expert, degreed trainers, and work both in and on your business.
Owner-General Manager Model: Own a Discover Strength Franchise and serve as the GM of a thriving strength training studio, while not working in the business as a certified personal trainer.
Semi-Absentee Owner: Own a Discover Strength Franchise while maintaining your current occupation, working in concert with your GM/Operating Partner.
In all scenarios, we support the franchise owner in developing and executing the best operational plan to achieve success in their business.
