These homes, ranging from 1,700 to 5,000 square feet, are located in average to high-end residential neighborhoods. Each home becomes a warm and personalized residence for 6 to 12 seniors, depending on state-specific regulations. The intimate setting allows residents to receive personalized care in a comfortable, family-like environment — a major difference from large institutional facilities.

Franchisees benefit from a scalable and profitable business model, with monthly resident fees averaging $6,500 to $15,000 based on location and level of care. With full occupancy, a single home can generate $39,000 to over $80,000 in monthly revenue.   • Master Franchise Opportunities: not offered. However, there's no limit to how many homes a franchisee can own under the Avendelle system. Think of this: every middle-class to high-end neighborhood in America needs at least 1 Avendelle home. The need for assisted living homes throughout the country
