What to Expect:
Direct Hire Business Model, also known as executive search offers large permanent placement fees, ranging between 20% - 25% of the new hires’ pay. This generates large on-time placement fees per hire. This business model often generates repeat opportunities for other permanent placement hires.
Contract Staffing & Temporary Placement Business Model offers our clients hires on a non-permanent basis. This generates recurring revenue for placement where an employee is on the clock. In this business model, profits are generated from each hour an American Recruiters employee works. We charge clients a premium in addition to what we actually pay our staffing employees. The more hours worked means more dollars earned for as long as the employee is working at our client. We share profits from these placements with our franchisees which range between 58% to 68% of the gross profit!
